Change your personal and business details
To update your profile information:
- Go to Profile Settings
- Update your name, company, phone number, or other details
- Click "Save Changes"
You can also update:
- Business information
- Contact details
Important: Keep your contact information current to receive important notifications about your campaigns.
Change Password
Update your account password
To change your password:
- Navigate to Password Settings
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Password Requirements:
- At least 6 characters long
- Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters recommended
- Include numbers and special characters for better security
Security Tip: Change your password regularly and never share it with anyone.
Update Email Address
Change your account email
To change your email address:
- Go to Email Settings
- Enter your new email address
- Click "Update Email"
- Verify your new email by clicking the link sent to your inbox
Important Notes:
- Make sure you have access to the new email before changing
- Check your spam folder for verification email
- Your new email will be used for all notifications

- Click "Save" to update

To manage your wallet:
- Visit Wallet
- View current balance
- Add funds to your wallet
- View transaction history

Language Settings
Change your preferred language
Our platform supports multiple languages for your convenience.
To change language:
- Click on language selector in header
- Choose your preferred language
- The interface will update automatically

Account Deletion Request
How to delete your seller account
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team.
Before requesting deletion:
- Complete all active campaigns
- Process all pending rebates
- Resolve any outstanding payments
- Download important data and reports
- Cancel any active subscriptions
- Withdraw remaining wallet balance
⚠️ Important Warning:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data including:
- Campaign history
- Buyer data
- Transaction records
- Reports and analytics
will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
To request account deletion, please create a support ticket and our team will assist you with the process.
