I ordered the EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Gasket Number Pad because I needed a separate keypad after switching to a TKL keyboard. The first thing that struck me was the build quality; it feels solid and well-made. The special Epomaker Flamingo Switches are surprisingly satisfying, providing a good click without being too noisy.
The hot-swappable feature makes it easy to switch out switches, though I haven’t tried that yet. The knob at the top is a great feature, perfect for adjusting volume quickly. Only downside so far has been the Bluetooth performance; it disconnects occasionally and takes a while to be detected by my computer.
All in all, it's a good product for the price, but could use some software and Bluetooth improvements.

The EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Gasket Number Pad is a solid unit, both in terms of hardware and functionality. The aluminum alloy construction gives it a very premium feel, and the Poron foam setup really helps with the typing experience. Setup was straightforward; I paired it using the 2.4GHz receiver without any issues. It’s such a handy tool for my everyday computing needs.
However, the VIA software leaves much to be desired. It threw up errors when I tried to save a custom LED profile, and that was kind of frustrating. But if you're okay with using just the basics, it works fine.

I've been using the EPOMAKER EK21 for a few weeks now and can say that it's a fairly decent numpad for the price. The keys are nice and tactile, giving a satisfying click. The hot-swappable feature is a bonus for those who like to customize their keypads.
It’s very compact and fits nicely next to my full-sized keyboard on my desk. The one thing I’ve had trouble with is the programming—the VIA software isn’t very user-friendly and has its limitations. Overall, not a bad buy if you need a dedicated numpad.

Received my EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Gasket Number Pad last week, and so far, it meets my expectations. The packaging was okay, nothing special but it kept the product safe. It was easy to set up, though I did encounter a few issues with the VIA software.
The keys have a nice feel to them, thanks to the Flamingo switches, and the Poron foam adds a bit of cushion, making typing comfortable. Not a fan of the weak Bluetooth connection, but using the 2.4GHz receiver solves that issue. Overall, it’s a good product with some room for improvement.

The EPOMAKER EK21 Gasket Number Pad really impressed me with its build quality and features. The aluminum alloy knob feels very premium and works smoothly. The Poron foam makes typing a much more pleasant experience compared to my old numpad.
The Bluetooth connection, however, is somewhat weak and disconnects occasionally, which can be annoying. On the software side, the VIA app has many bugs and limitations. It’s a decent keypad for day-to-day use but could benefit from better software support.

After using the EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Gasket Number Pad for a month, I can say that it’s quite handy and well-made. The Gateron switches provide a reliable tactile experience. The volume knob is very convenient, especially for someone who listens to music while working.
The major downside is the software; VIA is not very intuitive, and setting up custom macros was more hassle than it was worth. If you’re looking for a hardware-focused solution, this might be for you.

I purchased the EPOMAKER EK21 primarily for its hot-swappable feature and the programmable knob. The quality of the keycaps and the build in general is top-notch. The aluminum alloy feels sturdy, and the Poron foam makes it comfortable for long periods of typing. However, the software support via VIA is not great.
Many errors and limitations with macros that make it hard to implement what I wanted. The Bluetooth connection is also a bit flaky. Overall, it’s not bad for the price but has some quirks.

Was looking for an external numpad and came across the EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Gasket Number Pad. The features seemed promising, especially the hot-swappable switches and the aluminum knob. It’s been a nice addition to my desk setup.
The typing experience is decent thanks to the Poron foam, and the build quality is high. However, I have faced a lot of issues with the software, including difficult customizations and errors. It’s good for basic use but don’t buy it if you’re looking for extensive programmability.

The EPOMAKER EK21 has been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the hardware is excellent. The Flamingo switches feel great, and the whole unit is pretty solid.
On the other, the software sucks. It’s just not intuitive, and there are too many errors when trying to set macros and profiles. The Bluetooth performance is also below par.
For $399, it’s a reasonable deal but only if you can look past these issues.

Just got the EPOMAKER EK21, and I’m quite happy with the hardware so far. It’s well-built, and the aluminum knob is a nice touch. The switches, especially the Gateron yellow, are quite satisfying to use.
I do wish the software was better; VIA needs a lot of improvement. There’s also an issue with the Bluetooth disconnecting frequently. Despite these, the overall quality for the price is quite satisfactory.
Would recommend for those who don't mind basic use.

I bought the EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Number Pad to pair with my new TKL keyboard, and I am quite pleased. The setup was straightforward and fuss-free. The craftsmanship and overall build of the keypad are impressive for the price. The Poron foam padding gives a comfortable typing experience, and the Gateron yellow switches are much better than I anticipated.
The Bluetooth functionality, though, isn’t great; it disconnects quite often. The VIA software needs work as well but gets the basic jobs done.

Received the EPOMAKER EK21 yesterday and my initial impressions are positive. The packaging was secure and the product arrived in good condition. The hardware is solid with quality materials like aluminum and Poron foam. The switches are smooth and really add to the typing experience.
Haven’t faced too many issues with the VIA software yet but it does seem a bit rough around the edges. Overall, a good product if you’re looking for something on a budget.

I’ve been using the EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Gasket Number Pad for about a week now, and I must say, it’s a pretty useful addition to my setup. The build quality is robust, and the keys feel nice and capable. The volume knob is very handy. However, the software is quite limiting and not user-friendly.
The Bluetooth connection could be better. It’s a good piece of hardware but the software needs some serious updates.

The EPOMAKER EK21 was a decent purchase but comes with its flaws. On the positive side, it has a solid build and the Poron foam makes it comfortable to use. The switches are high-quality and the knob is very useful for quick adjustments. The major drawbacks are the software and Bluetooth functionality.
The VIA software is buggy and not very intuitive. Bluetooth disconnects every now and then. For the price of $399, you get what you pay for, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Ordered the EPOMAKER EK21 VIA based on the features advertised. The hardware has not disappointed. The build quality is fantastic, and the Poron foam gives a good amount of cushioning.
The aluminum knob works well and feels sturdy. Setting it up was a bit challenging due to the software. The VIA app is not very user-friendly and has a lot of limitations which can be frustrating.
Bluetooth is also a bit flaky. If you need good hardware at an affordable price, this is a good option but needs some patience with the software.
