I picked up this smartwatch for $49.99 and was quite excited to track my fitness routines. Initially, it seemed okay, but after a few weeks, I noticed inconsistencies. The sleep tracking feature recorded vastly different times each night. One night, it registered 3 hours, and the next, it showed 13 hours, which was completely inaccurate.

The heart rate monitor is also off; it only gives a rough guide rather than precise readings. When answering calls through the Bluetooth feature, the other person can't hear you properly due to background noise, making it impractical in public. Overall, not the best quality.

I ordered this Smart Watch for Men and Women because it seemed to have all the functions I needed for an active lifestyle at an affordable price. While the packaging was decent and the watch itself is comfortable to wear, the functionality is disappointing. It fails to automatically reconnect to my phone, which is quite frustrating. Also, it takes too long to wake up, and it can't even keep accurate time on its own.

The Alexa feature which I was excited about doesn’t work well either. Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. After months of persistent issues, I've gone back to my old smartwatch.
