Delivery Orders will be dispatched within the advertised time frame and delivered by a third-party courier. Returns can be requested via the Online Returns Centre of your Amazon account - select ‘Return Items’. If you are returning an entire order our refund to you will include the basic cost of delivery. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the receipt of your return and after inspection at the warehouse. If your order consists of multiple items you are permitted to return individual items from your order for a pro rata refund.
