The packaging was great, everything was protected well. I tried this out yesterday with one of the brush heads, and it did an amazing job on my bathroom tiles and bathtub. Unfortunately, when I tried to switch to another brush head, part of the scrubbing brush got stuck and couldn't be removed.

So now I am unable to use any other heads, which is disappointing because my initial excitement was quickly dampened. I hope this is a rare defect because, otherwise, this scrubber is a wonderful tool.
