I was looking for a robust travel solution for my Labrador and came across the A 4 Pet Large Dog Crate. It seemed like a perfect fit for my needs, as we're often on the go. First off, the order process through the company's website was smooth and straightforward, with regular updates about my shipment. Upon unboxing, I was immediately impressed by the packaging – everything was secure, and the crate was easy to assemble.

The adjustable steel frame is definitely a high-quality feature. Even though it’s a soft crate, it feels incredibly durable. The material and stitching are well done, and my Labrador seems to love it already. We've taken it on a couple of car trips without any issues, and collapsing the crate for storage is a breeze.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with this dog crate and would recommend it to anyone with a medium to large dog. The quality and ease of use make it well worth the price.

After much consideration and reading several reviews, I decided to purchase this 36-inch soft dog crate for my German Shepherd. The order process was incredibly simple, and the crate arrived well-packaged and without any defects. Setting it up was straightforward, and I was pleased with how sturdy it felt, despite its soft design.

The adjustable steel frame provides a surprising amount of support, and the high-quality material used is durable and easy to clean. My dog seems very comfortable in it, and the crate is also much lighter than I expected, which is a bonus for travel. The only hiccup I encountered was that the large size was a bit too tall for my Vauxhall boot to close, so I had to exchange it for the next size down.

However, the exchange process was seamless, and customer service was very helpful. Overall, a great purchase!
