As someone who runs a lot, finding good ankle support was essential. The compression wrap of this foot sleeve feels decent, but it’s not my best purchase on Amazon. I followed the size chart and got a medium but found them too big for my size 6 feet.

The feel of the fabric is nice, and the cushioning is comfortable, yet the fit left me adjusting quite frequently. They do provide support when wrapped correctly, just wish they had a size smaller.

I was excited about trying these ankle braces for my plantar fasciitis. They felt tight at first, but after wearing them for a bit, they started to feel uncomfortable, turning my toes blue and swelling up. I have a size 10 foot, and while the sock portion is quite durable, the overall compression was too much. The velcro straps are strong and do add stability, but they were tricky to fasten correctly.

Sadly, this wasn’t the right fit for me.
