The setup process for the Roku Express is incredibly straightforward. Out of the box, it comes with a high-speed HDMI cable and a remote. Given its size, I initially doubted its performance but was pleasantly surprised. The guided setup and quick connection to our Wi-Fi made it a breeze.

The device opened up an extensive range of channels. However, you do need a smartphone to complete the setup and a credit card for app purchases. It’s an excellent, affordable streaming device.

I’ve been loyal to Roku products and the Express 2023 Model didn't disappoint. The device is compact and very easy to install. All I had to do was plug it in, follow simple on-screen instructions, and I was set.

The device doesn't control the TV volume or power, unlike the stick models, which might be a downside for some. Nonetheless, for the price, you get solid performance and reliability.
