I decided to give the Arafuna DVD Player a try after our older built-in player started acting up. The setup was pretty straightforward, though the user manual didn't offer much in terms of connecting instructions for our maze of cords behind the TV. Despite that, it came with all necessary cords and a remote.

It's compact and lightweight, taking up hardly any space. The lid pops up, which I prefer over the traditional sliding tray. Overall, it meets our needs and the picture quality is decent for the price.

This Arafuna DVD player is indeed tiny but quite functional. I was a bit frustrated at first because I didn't know that you need to plug in the HDMI before the USB power, which caused the player not to boot at first. Once I figured that out, it worked well for a few weeks but suddenly stopped recognizing any DVDs. It's quite disappointing because it worked well initially.

On the plus side, it's still useful as a paperweight.
