We manage returns due to the nature of our products, so please raise the return request and we will get back to you. BiGDUG will arrange collection of the goods with one of our couriers and it is the buyer's responsibility to be present at the time of collection. Should a collection be missed, BiGDUG reserves the right to the charge for arranging another collection. Upon receipt of the returned goods, BiGDUG will then process the return. BiGDUG will apply a combined restocking and collection fee for goods ordered in error or no longer required. You will be notified if we require a fee, and ask you to accept or decline.
