This crochet kit is a mixed bag for beginners, in my opinion. While the packaging and all-in-one nature are commendable, the thin yarn and small hook made it difficult to follow along, especially as a novice. However, the QR code for video tutorials was a lifesaver and helped a lot. I finished making all the donuts, and they are adorable.
