I bought the DARKDAWN UV Flashlight pack recently and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the flashlight itself is compact, very bright, and pretty handy for spotting pet urine stains around my house. The UV 365nm works as advertised.

However, one of the two flashlights stopped working after minimal use. It won’t charge or turn on unless I start unscrewing the tail cap. I contacted the company, and they did refund my money for the defective light, which was appreciated.

That said, I’m a bit hesitant to buy again. The quality seems hit or miss.

The DARKDAWN UV Flashlight is a good product for its price. It does what it's supposed to do - detecting pet urine stains and helping with checking UV reactive dishware. What I really like is how portable it is and that it’s USB rechargeable.

It holds a charge for a long time. Although I wish it had an indicator for battery life, I’m generally satisfied.

The flashlight is bright and focuses well. However, after a couple of uses, one of the flashlights in the 2-pack stopped working.

The other one is still going strong, so it might just be bad luck.
