I purchased the Slokey Astronomy Telescope for my 10-year-old son who has a budding interest in stargazing. The assembly was straightforward, and it’s lightweight enough for him to carry around. However, the eyepieces don't feel very durable, and one of the setscrews was slightly bent upon arrival.

Despite this, the telescope performs well, especially for its price. We were able to see the craters on the moon quite clearly on our first night out.

I needed a compact and affordable telescope for our annual camping trips, and this Slokey Telescope seemed to fit the bill. The optics are decent for beginners, and it's easy to set up. My only complaint is the phone adapter; it feels flimsy and doesn’t hold my large smartphone very securely. However, for the price, I’m pleased with the purchase.

It’s a great starter telescope.

This was a gift for my husband, who loves astronomy. The packaging was good and everything was intact. Upon using it, we were impressed with the clarity of the moon and a few visible planets.

The tripod is a bit wobbly though, so we might replace it with a sturdier one. All in all, it’s a good entry-level telescope for beginners.

I bought this Slokey Telescope as a birthday gift, and despite some mixed feelings, the recipient was thrilled. The product feels a bit cheap in places, particularly the setscrews. On the positive side, the telescope is easy to assemble and provides decent celestial views. A good starting point for amateur astronomers.

First of all, the actual telescope works pretty well for its price point. I bought it mainly for my kids, and they love watching the moon and stars. Just be cautious as some of the setscrews are a bit flimsy and might bend, like one of mine did.

Overall, I think it’s a decent purchase for beginners.

I use this telescope on my balcony to observe the night sky. It's quite lightweight and portable, making it easy to move around. However, the phone adapter isn’t great if you have a larger phone, as it barely fits and aligning the camera is tedious. With that said, the telescope itself delivers clear views of the moon and nearby planets.

This Slokey Telescope is a solid choice for those new to stargazing. The assembly was easy, and the included eyepieces work fairly well. The main downside is that it feels a bit cheap, especially the setscrews and phone adapter. Nevertheless, I’ve had some good nights observing the moon and some stars clearly.

My experience with the Slokey 40070-16x-120x Travel Scope has been overall positive. The telescope is user-friendly and portable. It is perfect for a beginner like me. However, the mount could use some improvement as it feels somewhat unstable.

Despite this, it provides clear views and works well for anyone starting with astronomy.

I was a bit disappointed with the overall build quality of this telescope. It feels quite flimsy, but it does the job for a beginner. The stars appear clear, and the 3x Barlow lens is a nice addition.

Don’t expect professional-level equipment, but it’s suitable for casual stargazing.

We bought the Slokey Telescope for family nights under the stars. The telescope is quite easy to move around and set up. It’s perfect for seeing the moon and some planets. The only drawback is the cell phone mount, which is tricky to use with larger phones.

Still, it’s a great educational tool for kids.

I’ve owned this telescope for a couple of months now and have mixed feelings about it. The optics are good enough for observing the moon, but the materials feel a bit cheap. Some setscrews were bent upon delivery. On the other hand, the price is reasonable for beginners who want an affordable starting point.

The Slokey Telescope equipped with 2 eyepieces and a 3x Barlow lens gives reasonably good views for the price. It’s easy to set up and use, particularly for my young nephew who is fascinated by space. The only downside is its flimsy build. Nevertheless, it’s an affordable telescope for beginners.

As an amateur astronomer living in a small apartment, the Slokey 40070-16x-120x Travel Scope is a good fit. It’s compact and easy to store. However, the cellphone mount is hard to use with my larger smartphone, and the tripod could be more stable.

Overall, it serves its purpose well for stargazing on a budget.

Out of the box, the Slokey Telescope assembly was straightforward, but some of the components feel a bit fragile. The telescope itself provides decent views of the moon and brighter planets. I wish the tripod was more sturdy.

For anyone starting out with astronomy, it’s a reasonable choice, just don’t expect top-tier quality.

Using this telescope has been a good experience overall. We’re able to view the moon’s craters clearly, and the 3x Barlow lens offers good magnification. However, the telescope feels somewhat flimsy, and the setscrews could be more robust. Despite this, it's a solid budget-friendly option for beginners.
