I bought these 4How Women's Yoga Gym Shorts in black specifically for my daily morning runs. The high waist is comfortable and doesn’t roll down, which is a huge plus for me. The material feels soft and breathable, yet after an hour of running, I did experience some chaffing.

I guess they are better suited for yoga or light exercises rather than intense running sessions. But for the price, they are definitely a bargain.

I decided to give these 4How Women's Yoga Gym Shorts a shot given their affordable price. I must say I was impressed with the packaging - neatly packed and arrived on time. The shorts fit me perfectly and I love that they are high-waisted as it holds everything in place. I use them mainly for indoor cycling and they perform pretty well.
