I found the glasses to be quite decent for the price. The slight yellow tint is hardly noticeable to others but is there for the wearer. It does a fair job of blocking blue light, though I have noticed some light reflects at the side and bounces back into my eyes occasionally, which can be distracting.

The metal frame has a bit of a rattle, but it's not fallen apart so far. As for eye strain and headaches, I haven't seen a significant improvement yet, but I'll keep using them to see if it gets better over time.
