Our return and refund policies are as follow. All orders that are fulfilled by Amazon follow Amazon's general shipping & return policies. For orders fulfilled by us, our policies below apply. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from package delivery, or we won't be able to process the return (per Amazon's policy). Buyer pays for return shipping cost if their return reason indicates that they change their mind, except for when buyer receives damaged or defective item. Returned item must be received by us in the original, unused or unworn condition and include all attached tags and packaging before we can refund the item purchase price minus any pre-paid return shipping cost. If the item is returned without its original tags and packaging, a 20% restocking fee from the item purchase price will apply. If the item is returned damaged, used, with missing parts or materially different from what we originally shipped, we may refund only up to 50% of the item purchase price minus any pre-paid return shipping cost per Amazon's refund policy. Grocery, Health & Personal Care, Beauty, and Lingerie/Underwear items are NON-RETURNABLE per Amazon's policy for safety reason. Return instructions: After you request your return from the Online Returns Center and it is approved, please pack your item securely and insert any paperwork that was included. If you don't have the original product packaging, please use a sturdy box and include necessary padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. For garment items, you can also use a padded envelope if it fits. Attach your return label to the package. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a return does NOT arrive to us and you don't use a trackable method, we won't be able to process the return. Your return package will be received by our mail processing partner and inspected by us before refund is processed and completed by Amazon. The whole process normally takes 2-4 business days after your return package is delivered.
