I was very impressed with the Victorian Steampunk Bustle Skirt when it arrived. The packaging was quite compressed, so I was careful while cutting it open to avoid damaging the skirt. Once I shook it out and hung it up, the crumples started to relax.

The black waistband is well-constructed and the tie-on belt is plenty long enough to tie a nice bow. My corset usually hides the bow, but it's nice to know it's there. The layers of tulle seem high-quality and give the skirt a beautiful cascading look.

The length is perfect for my 5'3" frame. Worth every penny!
