I looked into various silk PLA filaments before deciding on the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament. The main reason for choosing this one was the unique tri-color feature, which I'd never experimented with before. To my surprise, the adhesion to my PEI flex bed was perfect, and the first layer came out clean. However, I did encounter some issues with the color distribution.
The filament rotates as it feeds, leading to inconsistent color patches that made my prints look somewhat streaky and uneven. This might not be a problem for shorter prints, but for taller objects, the visual banding was quite noticeable. Despite this, the filament itself performed well, with no tangles or snags. Overall, it has potential, but the tri-color effect wasn't as satisfying as I had hoped.

So far, using the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament has been a mixed experience. The black and purple combination looks quite stunning in small prints I've made for my daughter. It prints at standard temperatures and hasn't caused any clogs or tangles yet, which is a relief.
The price is quite reasonable for a 1KG roll, and I'm generally happy with the performance. I would recommend this for smaller prints or projects where the tri-color effect could be a unique feature.

Printing with the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament was an interesting experience. The filament adhered well to my hot bed and the first layer looked fantastic. My only issue is with the color distribution; the tri-color effect isn't consistent and results in patches of color.
This effect might work better for specific designs or smaller prints. That said, the filament quality is good, and there were no issues with tangles or clogs. For the price, it's a decent buy, but manage your expectations regarding the tri-color effect.

I purchased the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament purely for its unique color properties. It prints smoothly at recommended temperatures, and the adhesion is solid. However, the tri-color effect wasn't as striking as I hoped – it looked uneven in taller prints, creating a streaky appearance. On the plus side, the filament itself is of good quality, without any tangles or feeding issues.
For the price, it's quite fair, but I might stick to more traditional filaments in the future.

Being a first-time user of tri-colored filaments, the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament offered a decent printing experience. The filament adhered flawlessly to the bed, resulting in a perfect first layer. However, the random rotation of the filament caused a patchy, inconsistent color distribution on the final print. It’s good for smaller prints or particular styles of design but less suitable for consistent color needs.
The filament quality is impressive, and I had no issues with tangling or clogging. Overall, a good product with specific use cases where its unique properties shine.

The Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament gave mixed results for me. It adhered well and produced a clean first layer, but the tri-color effect was unpredictable and made the print look patched. This could work for smaller designs but isn’t the best for taller prints. Nevertheless, the filament itself is high-quality, with no jams or tangles encountered.
In the end, it’s worth the price, but not for projects requiring uniformity in color.

I recently used the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament for a project and found it to be a solid performer. The filament sticks well to the print bed, and the layers fuse nicely. The tri-color effect created a unique look, although not as consistent as I would like.
It would be great for prints that benefit from varied coloring. The filament ran smoothly without any feed issues, making it a reliable option for an affordable price.

After printing a few models with the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament, my experience has been positive overall. The filament adheres well to the bed, and prints come out quite clean. The tri-color effect, however, can be hit or miss – it often results in color patches due to the filament’s rotation.
It’s great for certain artistic projects but might not be the best for uniform-colored prints. Despite this, I found the filament to be of good quality with no significant feeding issues. For the price, it’s a fairly good option.

This was my first time trying the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament, and it's been quite an adventure. The filament adhered without issues and the print layers were clean. The tri-color effect is unique, though somewhat uneven – this could be a pro or con depending on your project.
For general prints, the filament quality is commendable, with no tangles or clogging. At $15.99, it’s a reasonable purchase, especially if you want to try something different.

I bought the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament for its interesting color properties. Printing was easy, with good adherence and smooth layers. The tri-color effect, unfortunately, wasn’t very consistent, creating a patchy look on the print. This was less noticeable in small prints, which might be its strength.
The filament quality is high, with no tangles or feeding issues noticed. It’s a fair deal for the price, but the color effect may not be suitable for all types of prints.

Using the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament has been an enjoyable experience overall. The filament adheres well to the bed, and the first layer looks beautiful. The tri-color effect, though, resulted in uneven coloration, making the print look streaky.
It might work better for artistic prints rather than uniform designs. Despite the color issue, the filament quality is good – no tangles or clogs. For the price point, it's a reasonable filament with unique aesthetic potential.

My initial experience with the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament was quite positive. The filament adhered perfectly to my print bed, and the first layers were smooth. However, the tri-color filament resulted in a patchy color distribution that wasn’t to my liking for taller prints.
The filament itself is well-made and didn’t tangle or clog during use. It’s worth the price for the innovative color properties, but be aware of its limitations in larger prints.

The Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament is a good purchase if you are looking for a unique look. The filament sticks well to the bed, producing clean, smooth layers. The trip-color effect can be striking but often appears inconsistent and patchy. It seems more suitable for smaller projects where color unpredictability can add an artistic touch.
The filament’s overall quality is excellent with no tangles or feeding problems. For the price, it's worth trying out if you value unique print aesthetics.

In my experience, the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament offers good value for its price. It adhered well to my print bed and produced clean layers. The tri-color effect was intriguing but led to inconsistent coloration in larger prints. Nonetheless, the filament quality is satisfactory – no tangles or nozzle clogs.
For smaller artistic projects, it might be ideal, although less so for uniform color requirements. Overall, it’s a decent buy for experimenting with new colors.

I tried the Gratkit Silk Tri-Color PLA Filament out of curiosity and was pleased with the print quality. The filament adhered well and printed smoothly. The tri-color effect is both a strength and a weakness: it creates unique patterns but can be patchy and inconsistent in larger prints. Thus, it’s best for smaller artistic or decorative items.
Despite this, there were no tangling issues, and the filament quality is solid. For the price, it’s a good deal if you’re looking for something different.
