I was hopeful that this Neck Support Pillow would help with my chronic neck pain. While it did offer some minor relief when I used it against the back of a tall chair, the size was smaller than I anticipated. The spongy texture was also not what I expected from a memory foam product. I'm a larger person, and it didn't really do much for me.

Perhaps a bigger size would be more effective. On the plus side, the pink color is nice, and it seems well-made.
