Going off the list of sizes in relation to circumference is pretty bang on unlike with other condoms. At 140mm I initially bought the 60mm Premium MY.SIZE Condoms, but they were too tight and rolled up during use. I then tried the 64mm, and they were basically perfect.

Despite some inconsistencies with lubrication and tricky packaging, I would recommend them, especially if you're a guy on the thicker side. Plus, the discreet packaging from Amazon was a nice touch.
