Without RMA or delayed shipping are subjected to additional charge. 5.     The returned item will be technically checked. Its condition will determine our refunding process. 6.     Fees of shipping, packing, and handling are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund for every returned item. 7.     Unopened item is considered if it is still in factory sealed status, with original package, and without any damage. Such item will be fully refunded excepting the round-trip shipping fees and handling fee. 8.     Opened item is considered if the factory sealed status is broken, but the item is not used, with all intact parts and accessories. All opened items are subject to at least 20% restocking fee. 9.     Used item is considered if it is not in factory sealed status anymore, used but functional, with all intact parts and accessories. Such item is subject to 20%-50% restocking fee. 10.  Damaged item is considered if it has user-caused damage, missing parts, missing accessories, missing or damaged original package. Such item is subject to up to 85% restocking fee. 11.  Different item is considered if the returned product is totally different from our shipped one.
