This gyroscopic wrist strengthener is a decent product. I used to have a Dynabee and this one, despite being cheaper, performs reasonably well. The metal housing feels sturdy. The key is to get the winding and speed right to get it spinning.

It took me a few tries, but it worked eventually. I did find the absence of LED lights a bit misleading though since I was expecting them.
