Having heard good things about the Nuovva Dutch Oven, I decided to give it a try for my bread-baking endeavors. It does not disappoint! The pot is perfect for baking bread and works beautifully for other baked or braised dishes as well. The ceramic coating is good, although I did notice that the edges where the pot and the lid meet are not coated and can show signs of rust.

Nothing major though. Just use hot water for cleaning and a dab of cooking oil to prevent rust. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

I just got my Nuovva Dutch Oven today and I have to say, it is stunning. The color is vibrant, and the pot feels very sturdy.
