Return Policy Up to 30 days return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not returned in the original, new, unused, and sealed condition. If the item is returned used and/or damaged and not as a result of seller or manufacturer damage, you may be refunded UP TO 50% of the item price. If the item returned is unsellable and beyond repair, a 100% restocking fee (no refund) may apply. All returns must be packaged with their original contents in a shipping box that protects the product. If an item is returned damaged due to poor packaging it will be considered used and a restocking fee of at least 50% will be charged depending on the level of damage. Buyer’s remorse period: All returned items not due to any defects or responsibilities of the seller will not be refunded the original postage price paid by the seller. Examples of buyer’s remorse: no longer wanted, bought by mistake, accidentally ordered, better price available, not authorized, etc. HOLIDAY/SEASONAL ITEMS must be unused and unopened for a return to be approved. ELECTRONIC DEVICE S must have visible, unaltered serial numbers. Any devices returned without the original serial numbers will be denied. If an item is defective, the return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Electronic Devices are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned after 14 days of receipt. GROCERY/ COSMETICS/ PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS are non refundable. No exceptions. Cancellation Policy Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed (usually the next business day).
