I recently bought the Mount-It! Stair Climber Trolley Cart to help me with moving boxes up the stairs. The ordering process was straightforward, and the item arrived on time. However, the packaging left much to be desired.
The box was quite beat up when it arrived, but thankfully the cart itself was intact. Assembly was a bit confusing as one side of the floor piece was missing bolts and nuts, which should have been pre-installed. After contacting Mount-It! customer service, I decided to fix it myself with parts from a local hardware store.
That said, the cart performed adequately once assembled. It can hold a substantial weight as advertised, but turning it around was not easy, especially on stairs. Despite its quirks, it made my task of moving heavy items less exhausting.

I purchased this Mount-It! Stair Climber Hand Truck for my small business. We frequently load and unload heavy items, and navigating stairs has always been a challenge. The cart arrived in a rather damaged box, but the contents were surprisingly in good shape. After assembling the hand truck, which was straightforward save for a missing bolt on one side, it was ready for use.
The telescoping handle made it easy to adjust for different heights, and the rubber wheels provided decent grip and stability. Moving up and down stairs was manageable, although it requires some effort. It's not a perfect solution, but it does offer significant relief compared to traditional hand trucks.

The Mount-It! Dolly Cart has been a very practical tool for my home renovations. The price of $116.99 seemed reasonable for its features. Assembly was not as smooth as I had hoped; there were vital parts missing, which were not shown in the manual.
Customer service recommended I return it, but I opted to fix it myself with parts from a local store. Once assembled, the cart functioned well for transporting heavy tools and materials between floors. It’s a bit tricky to maneuver around corners, but the stair-climbing feature worked as advertised.
Overall, I would recommend it, albeit with a warning about potential assembly issues.

Mount-It! Trolley Cart turned out to be useful for my family’s recent move. Although the package showed signs of rough handling, the cart inside was undamaged. Assembly required a bit of troubleshooting as it was missing a few critical bolts. This was frustrating, but once resolved, it operated as intended.
The cart could handle our heavy boxes and appliances with ease. The stair-climbing feature worked, but maneuverability on flat surfaces was challenging due to the 3-wheel setup. For the price, it’s a decent product, but be prepared for some setup inconveniences.

When I ordered the Mount-It! Trolley Cart, I hoped for better support with moving heavy items. The cart arrived on time but with a damaged box. Luckily, the cart was unbroken and ready for assembly.
However, missing bolts made it a hassle to put together. The completed cart performed adequately, coping well with carrying about 250 lbs up and down stairs. Turning the cart can be quite cumbersome due to its 3-wheel design.
Overall, it has been useful but not without its flaws. Make sure to double-check all parts before assembling.

I got the Mount-It! Hand Truck for $116.99 to help with regular deliveries at my store. The ordering process was smooth, but the package arrived in a beat-up state. The hand truck needed some assembly, but it was missing bolts which was quite inconvenient.
After gathering the necessary parts locally, the hand truck worked adequately. It certainly made climbing stairs easier compared to our old dolly, although turning corners was still a struggle due to its design. For the price, it’s a dependable product but could do with better quality control.

Received the Mount-It! Dolly Cart a few days ago. The price seemed appropriate for its advertised features, but the packaging was not up to the mark. The cart came with missing components making assembly tricky. I had to buy extra bolts to get it operational.
Once assembled, it did its job of moving heavy items up stairs decently. The 3-wheel design, while innovative, makes it hard to maneuver on flat surfaces. It’s a useful tool but has some flaws that could be improved.

Bought the Mount-It! Stair Climber for a move-in day at my daughter’s new apartment. The price was reasonable and delivery was on time, but the packaging was heavily damaged. The hand truck itself was missing bolts, which added to the frustration. Once I managed to assemble it fully, it worked quite well.
It handled heavy boxes and appliances as advertised, though maneuvering around tight corners was challenging. It’s a good purchase but could use better packaging and quality control.

The Mount-It! Trolley Cart seemed like a great deal for $116.99, but it didn’t come without issues. The package arrived damaged, and some essential parts were missing. This made assembly a hassle. However, after fixing it, the cart has been useful for moving heavy items up and down my house’s stairs.
The 3-wheel design is clever but makes sharp turns difficult. The overall quality is satisfactory, and it saved me a lot of effort during my move.

I ordered this Mount-It! Hand Truck for help during home renovations. The item arrived quickly but in a damaged box. Assembly was difficult due to missing parts, which I had to purchase separately. Once completed, the trolley worked as intended for moving cement bags and other heavy items up stairs.
Turning it around corners remains a bit of a challenge. Despite these setbacks, it's a handy tool for the price, though the whole experience could have been better with proper packaging and quality assurance.

I have mixed feelings about the Mount-It! Stair Climber. The ordering process was efficient, and the cart arrived relatively fast. However, the box was heavily damaged, and some bolts were missing from the assembly kit. After acquiring the missing parts locally, I found the cart effective for transporting heavy objects up stairs, though it is tough to maneuver on flat surfaces due to its 3-wheel design.
While it's a great idea, the execution could be improved.

I recently used the Mount-It! Dolly Cart for moving bulky goods up several flights of stairs. The trolley arrived quickly but with a damaged box and some missing assembly parts. This was annoying but fixable.
Once assembled, it performed quite well, able to handle heavy items as promised. However, the 3-wheel design makes it less nimble on flat terrain. Despite these minor issues, it’s been a useful addition to my tools.

The Mount-It! Trolley Cart has served me well, although the start wasn’t smooth. The box was in bad shape when it arrived, and crucial assembly parts were missing. After resolving these issues, the cart has been reliable for moving heavy boxes and appliances up and down stairs. While the stair-climbing feature works, the design makes it tough to turn around.
I still find it useful and worth the price, but the company should improve their packaging and quality checks.

Bought the Mount-It! Hand Truck for $116.99 mainly for its stair-climbing capability. Delivery was timely but the packaging was damaged, and assembly was hindered by missing bolts. After a trip to the hardware store to fix these issues, the cart has been decent in performance.
It handles substantial weight as advertised, but the 3-wheel mechanism makes maneuvering tricky. Overall, it’s practical but not without its downsides. I’d recommend it with reservations.

The Mount-It! Dolly Cart met my need for a stair-climbing hand truck, but it came with a rough start. The package was severely damaged and parts were missing upon arrival. After fixing these problems, I could see its benefits. The cart did well moving heavy items up and down stairs, though making turns was difficult due to its 3-wheel setup.
It is not perfect, but still a good product considering the price. Check for all parts before assembling.
