General Returns New Star Foodservice generally accepts returns for 30 days after product receipt with the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization issued. All returns must be authorized prior to be returned to our office and the request must be placed directly with Amazon.com. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all of its original packaging such as instruction and information, hangtags and, labels with freight prepaid, and will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. Damaged Products Although our quality control team inspects all of our products for any damages prior to shipping, certain events that are out of New Star Foodservice's control such as transit damages may happen. Any damages not reported to New Star Foodservice within the allotted time frame may be denied replacement or refund.
