I actually quite like these magnesium supplements, even though they didn't give me the intense bowel movement I was hoping for like fiber gummies do. They taste surprisingly close to real raspberries and don't leave an aftertaste. The texture is akin to gum drops with a slight chalkiness like Tums, which some might not like.

If you’re okay with a bit of sugar, these are definitely worth it as they seem to work well for maintenance.
