Opened items (opened in any way, shape, or form) -- 20% minimum restocking fee, buyer pays for return shipping. The service fee compensates us for the cost of receiving, inspecting, and testing out the unit returned back to us. Defective, non user-damaged units within the first 30 days will have zero restocking and shipping fees. This will be subject to us testing and inspecting the item upon receival of the return. If any accessories, parts, or materials are not included / misrepresented, a 30-35% restocking fee will apply.
