The only fire Universal Stainless Steel Cooking Griddle seemed like a good deal at first, however, it warped significantly after just one use. I had high hopes for creating my own griddle setup, but the food now slides to one side due to the warping. It might flatten out over time, but this defect has me considering returning it or finding a cast iron insert instead.

Disappointing purchase for me.
