Hi, my name is Jay Kamhi, the creative kook who started Our friendly Forest. Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved crazy novelties. I used to spend my meager allowance shopping for weird gag gifts in the back of my favorite comic books. When I finished High School (barely) I started making my own weird brand of toys and novelties, selling them on the sidewalks of New York City for 15 years. Eventually I was approached by gift stores who decided they wanted to add “a little bit of crazy” to their shelves. Over the years many fans have told me there are no stores near them that carry my products (the NERVE!) I realized I needed to establish an online retail outlet so that anyone with a weird sense of humor and a few extra bucks could buy my products. And that leads me to the point of this rambling history: To introduce you to Our Friendly Forest, and encourage you to spend your meager allowance or weekly paycheck on my crazy inventions.
