I got these PANDA BUK Winter Gloves primarily for biking to work in the cold. I have to say, they do a good job of keeping my hands warm and pretty dry. Even though they are not completely waterproof, they do repel a fair amount of water, which is enough for light rain. The touch screen functionality is quite impressive; I can use my phone without taking the gloves off.

For the price, I think these gloves offer good value. The inner material is cozy and soft.
