After some extensive research and trying out various brands, I found that these Lifelong casters are among the best. While they're not entirely silent, the minor bearing noise they make isn't noticeable during normal use. The wheels achieve a lot of revolutions per spin, making for a smooth glide. One suggestion for Lifelong: use 608 RS bearings rather than 608 Z for better dust protection.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with these.
