However, the headrest is a bit disappointing; it doesn't adjust high enough for someone of my height (170cm). It's more supportive for my neck than my head, which can be uncomfortable after a while. I've contacted the seller to see if there's a way to tweak this, but no luck so far.

All in all, it's a good chair, but if the headrest is important to you and you're over 170cm, you might want to consider another option.
