Just received my SERNIAL Women's Tennis Shoes a few days ago. The order process was smooth, and the packaging was simple but adequate. I tried them on immediately, and I have to say they fit true to size.

Given my back injury, I had to switch from heels to flats, and I'm still getting used to them. But after wearing them for more lengthy walks, I'm quite satisfied with the comfort. They provide good support and are pretty easy on the feet.
