For DOA (Dead on Arrival) requests, you must contact STG customer support within the first 14 days of purchase.  Your STG warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not apply to: -Cosmetic damage or minor imperfections including scratches, marks, dents and  discoloration -Damage caused by the use of accessories, peripherals or other products not  provided by us -Damage caused by power surge or disaster including/but not limited to fire, flood, wind, earthquake, or lightening -Malicious damage or damage arising from accident, abuse, modification,  abnormal use or misuse -Damage arising from improper installation, maintenance or service -Damage arising from installation of hardware or software not provided by STG or by persons other than authorized STG personnel -Damage caused by the use of your system and/or accessories in a manner other  than their intended use -Damage caused during delivery/transit of your renewed system via carriers  other than those arranged by STG STG may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. If the return is due to no technical or hardware issues, a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price will be charged and shipping is non-refundable. NOTICE: Please note products returned to seller must include tracking# and Service Tag ID# (on the Service Tag attached on the model) in the package in order to process the return. Our Customer Support Team will help customers fill in warranty card with related information and assigned RMA#. Please always be reminded to print out the warranty card received from our Customer Support Team and send it back to us along with the package. Returns with no tracking# or Service Tag ID# will cause delay for the refund process until the product being confirmed to be received by seller and a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price will be charged. When shipping back to STG, please use the orginal box or equivalent size box to pack the item; otherwise, customer may be responsible for additional shipping cost.*** RMA Shipment Packaging Instructions: All returns MUST be labeled with a valid RMA number (issued by STG) and NO hardware returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, (and any applicable customs and duties) for all items shipped to STG. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. All of STG's computers offer 1-year warranty. Warranty for all other products excluding computers (desktops or laptops) may vary.  Our warranty is designed to provide peace of mind for customers, letting them know that we have not forgotten them after their initial purchase, and that they will be under our precise care.
