Reading "You'll Be the Death of Me" was an interesting rollercoaster. The storyline had some engaging twists and turns, but it felt like it didn't quite meet the high standards set by Karen McManus's earlier works. As a long-time fan of her novels, I felt the familiar format of switching between characters in first-person chapters could use some refreshing. Nevertheless, it kept me hooked and was a decent way to spend my weekend.

This book captures the essence of teenage drama mixed with a dose of thrilling suspense. Karen McManus does a decent job of bringing life to her characters, even if the plot felt a little routine in comparison to her previous books. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with the narrative and how it unfolded.

It's a solid book for YA readers.

The book's build-up and character background were notably well-done, but the climax left something to be desired. Karen McManus's books usually leave me wanting more, and this one did too, but not in the same intense manner as her previous works.

I was eagerly anticipating the release of "You'll Be the Death of Me" and pre-ordered it as soon as I could. The book maintains the intrigue and suspense typical of Karen McManus's novels. However, it felt a bit repetitious compared to her other books.

Despite that, the characters were relatable, and I enjoyed getting lost in their stories.

Karen McManus’s "You'll Be the Death of Me" is an easy read that captivated me despite its familiar plot structure. The narrative flows well, and the characters are easy to relate to. Not quite as exhilarating as her previous novels, but still a good read.
