I recently bought the YDQUANI 3mm Neoprene Wetsuit Socks and they’ve been pretty useful. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the baggy fit but they are actually easy to put on and remove, which is a huge plus for me. The Velcro around the lower calf does a good job of keeping surges of cold water out.

For what I paid, I'd say they are a solid buy.
